WARNING!
Be particularly cautious when the
"MAN./PROG./AUT." switch is in
"MAN" position because, even with
the front guards and doors open,
some machine movements are
enabled.
Some operations (eg. rod insertion)
are impossible when the doors and/
or guards are closed.
All these movements are done at
low speed:
- Wire insertion motor
- Drive motor
- Bending motor
- Front door opening
Residual risks of crushing, cutting,
shearing, abrasion and dragging.
When the doors and/or guards are
open, if the "MAN./PROG./AUT."
switch is positioned on "AUT.", an
error message appears on the
computer monitor.
When the "MAN./PROG./AUT."
switch is in "AUT" position and the
doors and/or guards are opened,
the machine stops.
WARNING!
If you must work on the internal
parts of the machine, do not touch
the motors or parts connected to
them. Danger of getting burnt. Wait
for them to cool down or wear
suitable heat-proof gloves and/or
clothing.
ATTENZIONE !
Usare particolare cautela quando
il selettore "MAN./PROG./AUT." è
in posizione "MAN" perché, anche
con i carter e gli sportelli anteriori
aperti, è in grado di eseguire dei
movimenti.
Alcune operazioni (es. inserimento
tondino) con gli sportelli e/o carter
chiusi, sono impossibili da
effettuare.
Tutti questi movimenti vengono
effettuati a bassa velocità:
- Motore inserimento filo
- Motore traino
- Motore della piega
- Apertura sportello anteriore
Rischi residui di schiacciamento,
taglio, cesoiamento, abrasione e
trascinamento.
A sportelli e/o carter aperti se il
selettore "MAN./PROG./AUT."
viene posizionato su "AUT." sul
computer appare un messaggio
d'errore.
Quando il selettore "MAN./PROG./
AUT." è in posizione "AUT." e
vengono aperti gli sportelli e/o i
carter, la macchina si arresta.
ATTENZIONE !
Nel caso di intervento nelle parti
interne, non toccare i motori o parti
a loro connesse, pericolo di ustioni.
Attendere il loro raffreddamento o
indossare adeguati guanti e/o
indumenti resistenti al calore.
