DESCRIPTION OF THE
MACHINE
These machines have been
designed and constructed for the
purpose of machining steel rods
for reinforced concrete taken from
coils mainly to produce stirrups.
WARNING!
The machines are not to be used in
open air, but only in industrial
environments which are closed and
protected from the weather.
This last point also goes for storage
of the machine.
WARNING!
Pay particular attention when
machining profiles which protrude
from the worktable of the machine,
in particular do not produce bars
longer than the bar collection
channel. In any case, the larger
the dimensions of the pieces being
machined the lower the execution
speed has to be.
With the use of the system
controlling computer the machine
operator's work is simplified thus
freeing him from all types of
calculation.

MACCHINA
Le macchine sono state ideate,
progettate e realizzate con lo scopo
di lavorare i tondini di ferro da
cemento armato provenienti da
bobine, per
prevalentemente staffe.
ATTENZIONE !
Non è previsto l'uso in spazi aperti,
ma solo in ambienti industriali chiusi
e ben protetti dalle intemperie.
Quest'ultimo punto è valido anche
per l'immagazzinamento.
ATTENZIONE !
Porre particolare attenzione
durante la lavorazione di sagome
che sporgano dal piano di lavoro
della macchina, in particolare non
produrre barre superiori alla
lunghezza del
raccoglibarre. In ogni caso
all'aumentare delle dimensioni dei
pezzi in lavorazione ridurre la
velocità di esecuzione.
Con l'utilizzo del sistema computer
di comando si semplificano le
operazioni di lavoro dell'operatore,
liberandolo completamente da
ogni tipo di calcolo.
