WARNING!
The physical barriers which delimit
the "segregated area" must comply
with the requirements as per the
local laws in force regarding safety,
in particular UNI EN 294. These
barriers must be at least 2000 mm
high and be positioned at least 500
mm away from the danger zone. If
netting is used the mesh must
have a maximum dimension of
30x65 mm if rectangular and 40x40
mm if square.
WARNING!
It is advisable to mount the "rod-
guide roller head" column of the
pay-off spindles in the corner of
the spindle base farthest from the
machine.
This condition is suggested for
proper functioning and adjustment
of the spindle brake. When
manufacturing articles longer than
1.2 metres, this position however
causes greater wear of the rollers.
If routinely manufacturing large-
sized articles, it is advisable to
mount a column of the oscillating
dampened type.
CAUTION!
When the "rod-guide roller head"
column is mounted in a back
position, the latter is under a lot of
strain, resulting in greater wear of
the rollers. In this condition, the
brake must be adjusted in such a
way as to leave the pay-off spindle
widely or even completely free to
turn under pain of extremely rapid
wear of the rollers (this is not
covered by the guarantee).
ATTENZIONE !
Le barriere fisiche che delimitano
l'area "segregata"
rispondere ai requisiti richiesti dalle
vigenti leggi locali in materia di
sicurezza, in particolare della UNI
EN 294. Tali barriere dovranno
essere almeno alte 2.000 mm ed
essere posizionate a non meno di
500 mm dalla zona pericolosa e le
maglie della eventuale rete che la
costituiscono devono avere
dimensione massima di 30x65 mm
se a maglia rettangolare e 40x40
mm se a maglia quadra.
ATTENZIONE !
È consigliabile montare la colonna
"porta testa a rulli guidafilo", degli
aspi, nell'angolo della base aspo
più lontano alla macchina. Tale
condizione è suggerita per il
corretto funzionamento e la
regolazione del freno degli aspi.
Quando si producono manufatti di
dimensioni superiori ad 1,2 metri,
questa posizione provoca però una
maggiore usura dei rulli. Se si
producono abitualmente manufatti
di grandi dimensioni è consigliabile
montare una colonna di tipo
oscillante ammortizzata.
AVVERTENZA !
Quando la colonna porta testa a
rulli guidafilo viene montata in
posizione arretrata, quest'ultima è
molto sollecitata, comportando una
maggiore usura dei rulli. In questa
situazione il freno deve essere
regolato in modo tale da lasciare
l'aspo molto libero di ruotare o
addiruttura completamente libero
pena la rapidissima usura dei rulli
(tale inconveniente non è coperto
da garanzia).
