WARNING!
This lubricant protects and
lubricates all the pneumatic
components. The oil in the
lubricator must therefore be
consumed in about 20 days to
ensure durability of these devices.
If, between one oil check and
another, there is no change in the
oil level, immediately notify our
after-sales service.
The oil flow may be regulated with
the special screw located on the
lubricator indicated by the arrow.
Making the air flow down from the
gun, the flow should be about one
drop of oil every 10 seconds.
NOTE!
When filling up, close the air supply
valve and clear out the plant.
Releasing the air with the
compressed air gun, unscrew the
oil cup, top up and remount all the
parts.
WARNING!
Use appropriate gloves when
handling oily or diluting substances.
Carefully clean and dry any
surfaces not to be lubricated and
which are dirtied by these
substances, especially floors.
ATTENZIONE !
Questo lubrificante serve a
proteggere e lubrificare tutti i
componenti pneumatici, l'olio
contenuto nel lubrificatore deve
quindi essere consumato in circa
20gg per assicurare la durata di
questi organi.
Se fra due controlli successivi il
lubrificatore risultasse sempre
allo stesso livello consultare
immediatamente un nostro centro
assistenza. Il flusso d'olio è
regolabile con l'apposita vitina
posta sul lubrificatore indicato dalla
freccia. Facendo defluire l'aria dalla
pistola il flusso dovrà risultare circa
di una goccia d'olio ogni 10 secondi.
NOTA !
Per gli eventuali rabbocchi,
c h i u d e r e i l r u b i n e t t o d i
alimentazione aria e spurgare
l'impianto. Scaricando l'aria con la
pistola dell'aria compressa, svitare
la vaschetta dell'olio, effettuare il
rabbocco e rimontare il tutto.
ATTENZIONE !
Usare appositi guanti quando si
maneggiano sostanze oleose o
diluenti. Ripulire ed asciugare
accuratamente le superfici da non
lubrificare che venissero imbrattate
da queste sostanze, in particolare
le pavimentazioni.
