MECHANICAL MAINTENANCE
Checking the mobile blade
Replacing the mobile blade
Checking the fixed blade
Replacing the fixed blade
Checking the bolts which secure the blades are tightened
correctly (fixed and mobile)
Checking the central pin
Checking the bending pin
Turn the traction and measuring wheels on their own axis
Checking and possible replacement of traction and measure wheels
Checking and possible replacement of straightening wheels
Checking and if necessary replacing the wire guide holes at the
mouth of the external straightener
Checking the state of wear of the motor brake
Replacing the cooling fan filters
ELECTRICAL MAINTENANCE
Check the connection of the traction, bending and shifting
encoder plug
Check the connection of the tachometric generator plug for the
traction, bending and shifting motors
Inspection of the safety microswitches
Checking the earth
