WARNING!
For reasons of safety, it is strictly
prohibited to access the "working
area" for any reason whatsoever
during machining. Clearly point
out this prohibition by posting an
appropriate warning sign in
accordance with local laws in force
regarding industrial health and
safety.
In particular, do not succumb to
the temptation to accompany the
machine and/or the pieces in their
movements while the machine is
going, nor to grab the pieces before
they fall.
WARNING!
In the working environment where
the machine is installed, post clearly
visible signs (as shown in the figure
on the side) of adequate size and
number carrying the following
warning: KEEP AT A SAFE
DISTANCE FROM THE MACHINE.
It is important that no material to
be machined or material machined
or being machined is in the handling
area.
WARNING!
It is strictly prohibited to start the
machine without physical barriers
delimiting the "segregated area"
and/or without the appropriate
connection of the microswitch,
which detects opening of the
access door, to the electrical
system.
WARNING!
The length of the "segregated area"
shown in the following layout is
only approximate since it must
obligatorily include all the pay-off
spindles.
ATTENZIONE !
Per motivi di sicurezza durante la
lavorazione è categoricamente
vietato l'accesso "all'area di lavoro"
per qualunque motivo. Evidenziare
chiaramente questo divieto
affiggendo l'opportuna
cartellonistica nel rispetto delle
vigenti leggi locali in materia di
igiene e sicurezza del lavoro.
In particolar modo non cedere alla
tentazione di accompagnare la
macchina e/o i pezzi nei suoi
movimenti durante la lavorazione
o afferrare i prodotti in lavorazione
prima che questi cadano.
ATTENZIONE !
Nell'ambiente di lavoro in cui è
installata la macchina affiggire dei
cartelli ben visibili (come figura a
lato), di dimensioni e numero
adeguati, riportando la seguente
dicitura: STARE A DISTANZA DI
SICUREZZA DALLA MACCHINA.
E' importante che non siano
presenti nell'area interessata dalla
movimentazione sia del materiale
da lavorare sia del materiale
lavorato o in lavorazione.
ATTENZIONE !
È assolutamente vietato mettere
in funzione la macchina sprovvista
di barriere fisiche che delimitano
"l'area segregata" e/o senza
opportuno collegamento
all'impianto elettrico
microinterruttore che rileva
l'apertura della porta d'accesso.
ATTENZIONE !
La lunghezza dell'area "segregata"
riportata nella seguente piantina è
solo indicativa perchè dovrà
obbligatoriamente includere tutti
gli aspi e dipende dal numero di
questi ultimi.
