By acting on the adjusting knob of the limiting valve the working stroke
value is predetermined.Clockwise rotation = + working stroke (max. 15
mm).
Anticlockwise rotation = - working stroke (min. 0 mm ).
Limiting valve display shows the working stroke value which has been
predetermined by acting on the adjusting knob.
By acting with a screwdriver on the metering rod the deceleration
during stem return phase can be adjust. Operation with machine at
stop
For press handling use relevant eyebolts
By acting on the knob the approach stroke pressure can be adjusted
Clockwise rotation = + pressure (max. 6 bar).
Anticlockwise rotation = - pressure (min. 3 bar). Operation to be carried
out.The socket screw place on the knob front locks it after adjustment
with machine at stop
It displays the approach stroke pressure
with hand safety device- scheme SB/1 - SB/2. By acting on the two cycle
start push buttons at the same time the operating cycle is started. The
release of one or two push buttons entails the immediate return of the
mobile element operated.
By pressing the emergency push button the operating cycle is stopped
and the immediate return ofthe mobile element occurs .Reset is carried
out by rotating push button clockwise and releasing it
It regulates the time interval between the approach stroke arrival
(laying down on the piece to be processed) and the working stroke
start.
Clockwise rotation= + time (closes).
Anticlockwise rotation = - time (opens).
Placed on position 1, it allows cycle start. In position 0,it closes the
circuit and allows the key removal.
Rotated in clockwise direction it sets the press to receive the parking con-
trol by means of positioning push button 12 (limiting the approach stroke
during operating cycle). Rotated in anticlockwise direction it makes the
mobile element return to start position.
For presses with "parking compensator" only.
By pressing the push button the slow lowering of the mobile element is
controlled.By releasing it the stop at the required position can be
determined. For presses with "parking compensator" only.
By acting on the knob, the working stroke pressure is adjusted.
Clockwise rotation= + pressure (max. 6 bar).
Anticlockwise rotation= - pressure.
It displays the working stroke pressure.
By loosening the counter ring nut and acting on the knob the speed can
be adjusted.
Clockwise rotation = - speed. Anticlockwise rotation = + speed.
By loosening the counter ring nut and acting on the knob the speed can
be adjusted.
Clockwise rotation = - speed. Anticlockwise rotation = + speed.
Black signal = lack of pressure-Red signal = pressure in the machine
By pressing the push button the closing of the protection door in emer-
gency lock is reset 0
Black signal = machine on - Red signal = machine on emergency
Black signal = protection on
Red signal = protection on emergency
Yellow signal = min pressure lower than 3 bar
Black signal = min.pressure higher than 3 bar
This button provides safety shield cut-off for tool positioning at reduced
speed (approach only at 10 mm/sec max).
On "step presses" only.
If the button is pressed, it drives cam slow ascending travel. When
released the cam will stop into the required position.
Only presses with „position compensator‰ (page 35).
