ENGINE OIL CHANGE
Follow the procedure below.
1- Turn off the engine and remove the
ignition key.
2- Let the engine cool down adequately
to avoid being burnt.
3- Prepare a container of appropriate
capacity.
As for the oil quantity, see "Technical
data".
4-Unscrew the plug (P).
5-Unscrew the exhaust plug (Q) and let
all the oil flow into the container.
6-Replace the gasket and screw plug
(Q) back into place.
Lock the plug to a torque of 55 Nm.
7- Pour the new oil through the filling
plug (P).
To reach the correct engine oil level, add
the minimum oil quantity depending on
the engine model (see "Technical data").
Then top up.
When topping up the oil, to avoid
exceeding the maximum allowed value,
add the oil in small amounts (100 to 200
ml at a time) until it reaches the correct
level.
The oil level must be between the
minimum and maximum marks on the
dipstick.
8- Screw again the plug (P).
9- Start the engine and bring it to the
operating temperature (70÷80 °C).
