3.6 - POSITIONING THE OVEN (Fig. 9)
The oven must NOT be installed close to flammable
walls as furniture, partition walls, paneling, etc. ....
It is recommended to maintain a safe distance of at
least 20 cm from the side and rear walls of the oven.
The floor on which the oven is installed must not be
of flammable material.
• Place the oven on the final area, respecting the in-
structions in Figure 8 as they indicate the minimum
distances required in order for the oven to work prop-
erly.
• Lock the position of the oven by braking the front
wheels.
3.6.a - Chimney connection (Fig. 10)
• Connect the chimney (1) to a flue pipe with natural
draft through a special tube with the diameter of 200
mm with discharging the products of combustion di-
rectly to the exterior via windproof chimney.
3.6.b - Control of the gas supply pressure (Fig.11)
• Remove the knobs (1).
• Loosen the screws (2) and remove the panel (3).
• Loosen the screw (4) and connect the appropriate
instrument for measuring the pressure.
• Start the oven as indicated in the relevant section and
check that the pressure is correct according to the type
of gas used in the country where the oven is installed
(see the table in the section "Technical data").
• At the end of the control remove the tool and reas-
semble everything in the reverse order.
