1.5 - PREARRANGEMENTS AT PURCHASER'S
CHARGE
a) Prearrangement of the installation place.
• The supporting surface the oven shall be placed on

be well ventilated as required by the rules in force in
the country of use.
• The oven requires 70 m

tion of exhaust gases and fire vapors of cooking, the
characteristics of the same must comply with the
regulations in force in the country where the oven is
installed.
d) Neutral wire
• The machine is equipped with neutral wire, therefore,
a special terminal being identified according to the
relevant directions has been prearranged.
e) Provision of gas supply line
• The gas supply system must be in accordance with
applicable regulations of the place where the oven
is installed.
• Place on the supply line of the gas a tap of a par-
tialization positioned upstream of the oven so as to
block the gas supply in case of need or maintenance
operations.

1.6 - EMERGENCY OPERATIONS IN CASE OF
FIRE
a) In case of fire, disconnect the oven by disconnecting
the cutout switch.
b) Close the gas supply upstream of the oven.
c) Call the fire department or trained personnel.
DANGER
When the oven is under tension, do not try to
extinguish the fire by using water.

1.7 - EXPLOSION RISK

• The oven is not suitable for being utilized in hazard-
ous environment.

1.8 - ACOUSTIC PRESSURE LEVEL

With VOLTAIRE ovens, an A acoustic continuous equiva-
lent weighted pressure level(dB) under the maximum
allowed 70dB level is kept.
