3.7 - CONVERSION FOR DIFFERENT TYPES
OF GAS
3.7.a Replacement of nozzles
• If the oven must be supplied with a different type of
gas you need to replace the nozzles choosing the cor-
rect type according to the type of gas, the pressure,
and the country where it is installed as shown in the
various tables in the section "Technical Data".
• To replace the nozzles act as follows:
DANGER
Caution: Make sure that the gas supply valve is
closed.
a. Ceiling nozzles (Fig.12):
• Unscrew the two screws (1) and remove the panel (2).
• Unscrew the nozzle (3) of the ramp power gas burners
and replace them with appropriate ones, taking care
to insert them properly in the sealing washer made of
aluminum.
• Unscrew the pilot flame nozzle (4), the nozzle (5) of
the burner ignition and replace them with the ones
adjusted.
