5.3 - BAKING PIZZA (Fig.3)
• When reaching the set temperature introduce the pizza
to be cooked.
WARNING
The interior of the oven is hot, so during the op-
eration of inserting and removing the pizza, use
adequate individual protective measures; DANGER
OF BURNS.
To cook the pizza directly on the refractory plate (sole) it
is recommended to set the oven to cooking temperature
(350 ° C) with the ceiling burners at maximum, at least
those of the sole.
5.4 - SWITCHING OFF (Fig.3)
• At the end of the working day turn the knobs (1) and
(2) to "O" to switch off the burners and pilot lights
and then press the switch (3) to "0" to remove power
from the oven.
• Close the tap of the gas supply placed upstream of
the oven.
