3.9 - FIRST SWITCHING ON

At the end of the installation and before switching
on the oven, clean thoroughly the inside and the
refractory plate as described in chapter "Mainte-
nance" , making sure that there are no foreign or
flammable objects.
• Switch on the oven as indicated in section operation,
making sure that it reaches the correct temperature
set.

4.1 - TYPE OF USE AND CONTRAINDICATIONS
FOR USE
The ovens Model VOLTAIRE are professional ovens
for baking pizzas and the like and may be used
only to carry out the above mentioned, any other
use exonerate the manufacturer from any liability
for accidents or injury and will void any warranty
condition.
4.2 - SAFETY PLATES (Fig. 1)
The warning plates with explanatory symbols are to
be found in all those areas that may be dangerous for
operators or engineers.
On the oven, there are plates reporting safety
instructions which shall absolutely be followed
by any oven user. Manufacturer disclaims all
responsibility in case of accidents to persons
or objects arising from a non-fulfilment of such
instructions.
