3.8 - SETTING MINIMUM MAXIMUM (Fig.14)
Operation to be performed in case of transformation
for different types of gas.
It is necessary to correctly set the minimum and the
maximum of the burners.
• Remove the knobs (2) and (3).
• Remove the screws (4) and remove the panel (5).
• Replace the knobs (2) and (3).
Ceiling burners (only to set the minimum)
• Loosen the screw (7) and connect a pressure gauge.
• Switch on the plate burners as indicated in paragraph
operation and turn the knob (3) to the maximum.
• Switch on the ceiling burners as indicated in para-
graph operation and turn the knob (2) to the maximum,
when the burners are switched on, turn the knob (2)
to a minimum.
• Check that the pressure is correct according to the
type of gas and the country in which you installed
the oven; for the correct value, see the tables in the
section "Technical data".
• If the pressure is not correct by adjust the screw (8)
by turning it clockwise to decrease the pressure and
back up to increased it, until you adjust the pressure
shown on the pressure gauge.
• After adjustment, turn the knob (2) to the maximum
for a few minutes and then return to the minimum,
recheck that the pressure on the gauge is correct.
• Turn off the burner by turning the knobs (2) and (3),
shut off the gas supply, remove the pressure gauge
and tighten the screw (7).
Plate burners (setting the minimum)
• Loosen the screw (1) and connect a pressure gauge..
• Switch on the ceiling burners as indicated in para-
graph operation and turn the knob (2) to the maximum.
• Switch on the bedplate burners as indicated in para-
graph operation and turn the knob (3) to maximum,
when the burners are switched on, turn the knob (3)
to a minimum.
• Check that the pressure is correct according to the
type of gas and the country in which you installed
the oven; for the correct value, see the tables in the
section "Technical data".
• If the pressure is not correct by adjust the screw (6)
by turning it clockwise to decrease the pressure and
back up to increased it, until you adjust the pressure
shown on the pressure gauge.
• After adjustment, turn the knob (3) to the maximum
for a few minutes and then return to the minimum,
recheck that the pressure on the gauge is correct.
• Turn off the burner by turning the knobs (2) and (3),
shut off the gas supply, remove the pressure gauge
and tighten the screw (7).

• Switch on the ceiling burners as indicated in para-
graph operation and turn the knob (2) to the maximum.
• Switch on the bedplate burners as indicated in para-
graph operation and turn the knob (3) to maximum,
when the burners are switched on, turn the knob (3)
to a maximum.
• Check that the pressure is correct according to the
type of gas and the country in which you installed
the oven; for the correct value, see the tables in the
section "Technical data".
• If the pressure is not correct by adjust the screw (10)
by turning it clockwise to decrease the pressure and
back up to increased it, until you adjust the pressure
shown on the pressure gauge.
• After adjustment, turn the knob (3) to the maximum
for a few minutes and then return to the minimum,
