4.3 - SAFETY (Fig. 2)
The unit is equipped with the following safety systems:
All hazardous areas are closed by a casing with screws.

Safety valves

• Two valves with thermocouple; an upper valve (1)
for the ceiling burners and a lower valve (2) for the
bedplate burners allow you to stop the flow of gas
to the main burner in case one of the two pilot light
extinguished.
• To restore the functioning operations relating to igni-
tion of the pilot device must be repeated.

Safety thermostat

• A safety thermostat (3) positioned inside the control
panel with the probe positioned on the upper part of
the chimney intervenes to close the gas flow when
the smoke temperature exceeds 250 ° C.
The thermostat is reset manually: for its reinsertion
press the small button (4).
• To test the functionality of the safety thermostat, it is
necessary to check during installation, the functional-
ity of the same, by turning on the oven and blocking
the chimney after the draft diverter.
4.4 - ZONE OPERATOR (Fig. 3)
The operator is positioned frontally during operation of
the oven, so as to be able to easily insert and remove the
pizza through the oven mouth (1) (see Fig 3 position "O").
4.5 - RESIDUAL DANGER ZONES (Fig. 3)
The residual danger zones are those areas which can not
be protected because of the particular type of production;
as regards the oven are the following:
The relative area of the mouth and the inner area of
the cooking chamber: DANGER of burns.
