3.5 POSITIONING THE OVEN (Fig. 8)
DANGER
The oven MAY NOT be installed close to
flammable walls, such as cabinets, parti
tions, matchboarding coverings, etc.
The floor on which the oven is installed may
not be in flammable material.
In no case may flammable objects be placed
close to the oven. Fire safety
conditions must be guaranteed.
The manufacturer declines all responsibility
for fire to persons or property caused by
inobservance of these rules.
• Position the oven in its final installation area accord-
ing to the indications in Figure 8, as they indicate the
minimum distances necessary for the oven to function
properly.
• The oven must be positioned in places not subject
to turbulence or air currents, as these would alter
proper functioning of the baking chamber and hence
the quality of the finished product; this condition also
considerably increases electrical energy consump-
tion.
• Lock the oven in place by braking the wheels (op-
tional) located on the control side.

3.6 - FIRST POWER ON

DANGER
After installation and before turning on the
oven, thoroughly clean
the inside as described in the section on
maintenance and check
that there are no foreign or flammable bod-
ies inside it.
• Turn on the oven as described in the section on
operation checking that it correctly reaches the set
temperature and that the various options are working.
