5.2 - PREPARATION OF THE OVEN (Fig.2)
• Open the valve of the gas supply positioned upstream
of the oven.
• Press the switch (1) to "I" to apply power to the oven.
Switching on the ceiling burners
• Turn the knob (4) of the ceiling tap in position "
then press it while pressing the switch (3), release
the switch (3) and the valve (4) when the pilot flame
is on.
• Turn the knob (4) to "
flame will propagate from the burner of ignition to all
the ceiling burners.
Switching on the bedplate burners
• Turn the knob (4) of the ceiling tap in position "

Setting the temperature

• Act on the thermostat (6), through the center knob (7)
to position the red pointer to the desired temperature
(maximum 475 ° C).
• The black pointer will indicate the temperature actu-
ally reached in the oven chamber. Upon reaching
the set temperature the main burners will switch off
and turn back on if necessary for maintaining the set
temperature.
