- Wash and blow carefully the flow
screw, install a new O-ring.
- Preassemble the components on the
screw according to the following
sequence: spring, washer and O-ring.
-Screw the flow screw on the
carburetor body.
-The final position of the screw has
be established by the analysis of the
exhaust gases.
-Prepare the carburetor for the
adjustment with the screw loosen of
3 turns from the off position.
-Check that the rocker arm controlling
the pickup pump does not show any
unusual wear.
-Check that the stop spring of the
rocker arm protrudes of 3,2 mm.
-Check that the return spring of the
rocker arm is not yielded.
-Preassemble the spring and the
rocker arm.
-Install the rocker arm on the
carburetor with the throttle valve
open.
-Tighten the fastening screw of the
rocker arm.
-Be sure that the mechanism works
c o r r e c t l y .

-Unscrew by 1/8 turn the bayonet joint
and remove it, remove the spring and
the pin of the depression valve.
- Laver et souffler soigneusement la
vis de flux et installer un nouveau
j o i n t t o r i q u e .
- Pré-assembler les composants sur
la vis en suivant l'ordre indiqué :
r e s s o r t , r o n d e l l e e t j o i n t t o r i q u e .
- Visser la vis de flux sur le corps du
carburateur.
-La position finale de la vis devra être
définie par l'analyse des gaz
d'échappement.
-Préparer le carburateur au réglage
avec la vis desserrée de trois tours
par rapport à sa position de fermeture.
-Vérifier l'absence d'usures anormales
au niveau du balancier de
commande de la pompe de reprise.
-Vérifier que la vis de fin de course
du balancier déborde de 3,2 mm.
-Vérifier que le ressort de rappel du
balancier n'a pas du mou.
-Pré-assembler le ressort et le
b a l a n c i e r .
-Monter le balancier sur le carburateur
en maintenant la vanne papillon dans
sa position d'ouverture.
-Bloquer la vis de fixation du
b a l a n c i e r .
-Vérifier que le mécanisme fonctionne
correctement.

-Desserrer de 1/8 de tour l'embrayage
à baïonnette et le retirer, enlever le
ressort et le pointeau de la soupape
à dépression.

- Lavar y limpiar a soplos esmerada-
mente el tornillo de flujo, montar un
nuevo anillo en O.
- Ensamblar los componentes en el
tornillo siguiendo la secuencia indi-
cada: resorte, arandela y anillo en O.
- Enroscar el tornillo de flujo en el
cárter carburador.
-E s t a b l e c e r l a p o s i c i ó n f i n a l d e l t o r n i l l o
mediante el análisis de los gases de
escape.
-Preparar el carburador para la regula-
c i ó n c o n e l t o r n i l l o a f l o j a d o d e 3 v u e l t a s
c o n r e s p e c t o a l a p o s i c i ó n d e c i e r r e .
-Comprobar que el balancín de man-
do de la bomba de reprise no pre-
sente desgaste anómalo.
-Comprobar que el tornillo de final de
carrera del balancín sobresalga de
unos 3,2 mm.
-Comprobar que el resorte de llama-
da del balancín no esté desnervado.
-Ensamblar el resorte y el balancín.
-Montar el balancín en el carburador
manteniendo la válvula de mariposa
a b i e r t a .
-Bloquear el tornillo de fijación del
balancín.
-Cerciorarse de que el mecanismo
funcione correctamente.

-Aflojar la unión de bayoneta de 1/8
de giro y extraerla. Quitar el resorte
y la aguja de la válvula de depresión.
