-Remove the nut, the fan, the clutch
and the spring of the driven pulley
assembly by means of the special
t o o l :

-Equip the tool with :
short pins in position C
middle pins in position D
middle pins screwed from the inner
s i d e o f t h e t o o l .
-Solution valid for clutches equipped
with 3 holes Ø 7 mm visible between
the fan blades.
-For clutches without the 3 holes Ø 7
mm, equip the tool with:
long pins in position F screwed from
the external side of the tool with:
Adapter ring 020444/8y

-Extract the collar by help of 2
screwdrivers.
-Remove the 3 guide pins and the
mobile half-pulley.

-Enlever l'écrou, le rotor et le
ressort du groupe poulie conduite

-Préparer l'outil avec :
axes courts sur la position C,
axes moyens sur la position D,
axes moyens vissés du côté interne
d e l ' o u t i l .
-Solution valable pour les embrayages
avec 3 trous Ø 7 mm apparents,
entre les ailes du rotor.
-Pour les embrayages sans les 3 trous
Ø 7 mm, préparer l'outil avec :

-Quitar la tuerca, el ventilador, el em-
brague y el resorte del grupo polea
conducida sirviéndose de la herra-
mienta específica:

-Preparar la herramienta con:
pernos cortos en posición C

pernos medios enroscados por el lado
interno de la herramienta.
-Solución válida para embragues
provistos de 3 orificios Ø 7 mm
