FASTENING THE FEET AND WATER COLLECTION TRAY:

Once the oven has been unpacked completely, unscrew the
water collection tray from the back (Fig.1). Then position
the oven on its left side and fasten the 4 feet
and the tray guides using the screws provided
as shown in Figure 2.

Now insert the interlocking tray in its guides (Fig. 3).
In this manner we have a removable tray that
can be emptied by simply pulling it out.
Alternatively, we can also have the tray fastened permanently, with the drain connected by means
of a hose. Proceed as follows:
Make a hole inside the drain tube of the tray
using a drill with a Ø 5 bit. Attach a Ø 8 drain hose
to allow the liquids in the tray to flow out into
an external container or directly into a dedicated drain.
