Ensure that the tube and dosing head are
correctly inserted into the instrument. Press
the touchscreen to reset the instrument.
If the issue persists, contact Service

Ensure that the pump mechanism rotary drive
is aligned vertically.

Solution
Check offset setting chosen is correct for the
required plate type.
Ensure the dosing head clamp is fully closed
during inoculation.
Check the plate is loaded with the correct
orientation.
Clean plate corner clamp with approved cleaning
solution. If unsuccessful, contact Service
Engineer.

Ensure the instrument is powered on. (See Loss of

Power cycle the instrument.
