With this setting, the oven maintains a temperature of
85 ºC for top/bottom heating. You can set a cooking
time of between 24 and 73 hours.
During this time, food stays warm in the cooking
compartment without the need to switch the oven on
or off.
Prerequisite: You have activated Sabbath mode yes"
in the basic settings. See the section entitled Basic
settings.
1. Press the " button.
In the display, 3D hot air, 160 ºC is suggested.
2. Turn the rotary selector anti clockwise and select
the Sabbath mode heating type.
3. Press the 0 button to open the time setting
options menu, and press the ¿ button to go to the
cooking time.
The display suggests 27:00 hours.
4. Set the required cooking time using the rotary
selector.
5. Press the 0 button to close the Time setting
options" menu.
6. Press the † button.
The Sabbath mode starts.
The oven stops heating.
You cannot move the end time to later.
SPress and hold the † button until Select function"
appears in the status bar. You can make new
settings.
