* Signal to stir halfway through the cooking time.

Boiled potatoes: cut into pieces of equal size. Add 2
tablespoons of water per 100 g potatoes, and salt to
taste.
Unpeeled boiled potatoes: use potatoes of the same
size. Wash the potatoes and prick the skin several
times. Place them in a dish while still wet. Do not add
water.
After the programme has ended, leave the potatoes to
stand for a further 5 minutes. Strain the remaining
water.
For potato gratin, layer the potatoes in a shallow dish
3 4 cm deep.
After the programme has ended, leave the potato
gratin to stand in the appliance for an additional
5 10 minutes.
Chips, croquettes and röstis must be suitable for
preparation in the oven.
