10. Disposal

devices forming part of a fixed-location system
also do not fall under the scope of validity of
the law governing the placing on the market,
taking back and environmentally responsible
disposal of electrical and electronic devices
(ElektroG)."

"Building fittings with electrical or electronic
components do not fall under the scope of
validity of ElektroG. Accordingly, it is not
necessary to register these parts in the
Electrical Scrap Recycling Register."

This means that the customer is responsible
for disposing of the AquaCycle. Pontos has no
obligation to take it back.
