5.3.12. External electrical
components - connection to the
controller
The work described in this chapter
may only be done by specialists!
Danger!
Potentially lethal mains
voltage.
Carry out all work on
the system only with
the electrical power
switched off. De-
energise the system
before opening the
controller – unplug
the mains plug!
Make sure that the
supply voltage
cannot be switched
back on again
accidentally.
Caution: Voltage
present even when
the system is
switched off!
Potential-free contacts:
P
max
Potential-free
Attention: External voltage!
On the controller's circuit board, connect the
potential-free enabling contact for the NO
contact of the pressure booster system P3.
The following external electrical components can
be connected optionally:
Potential-free NO contact for enabling a
-
pumping system
Potential-free NC contact for general
-
fault signal
Potential-free contact for additional shut-
-
off unit VA4.3 upstream of the drinking
water feed VA4.2.
Pulse generator:
Pulse generator for drinking water meter
Pulse generator for process water meter
Version 1.3
: 230 V / 5 A
Assembly Manual AquaCycle 2500
Connection of the following
components must be shown in the
controller configuration (also see
the corresponding chapter on the
system configuration on the
Operating Manual).
o VA4.1 = Rainwater feed
o VA4.3 = Additional valve
for drinking water feed
o P3 = Pressure pump
o Z-TWN = Meter, drinking
water feed
o Z-BW = Meter, process
water
o HA1 = Customer's
pumping system
