7.7. UV lamp
When being transferred from tank B2 to B3,
the water is hygienised by a UV lamp.
In normal operation, the UV lamp has a service
life of 8000 hours. When the operating time of
the UV lamp is exceeded, the red LED in the
control and display element lights up. A
message appears in the menu. The UV lamp
must be replaced.
The UV lamp sits in a quartz glass
tube. Both must be handled with
care, as the glass can break.
Wear suitable protective gloves.
