Random sample check of the discharge valves for
possible changes to the water with respect to odour,
colour and suspended materials
Interval: 6 months
Check for leaks at screw connections, hose and pipe
connections
Check of all pipes not provided by the customer for
condition, leaks and attachment.
Check of the operating state, messages and
operating hours in acc. with the Operating Manual
Cleaning, tanks B1, B2, B3
1.) Emptying the tank in acc. with the
Operating Manual;
2.) Flushing out the deposits with the aid of a
water hose;
3.) Emptying the tank again
Cleaning/replacing the filter elements.
For the procedure, see chapter 7.4.1
Check of all fill level sensors in acc. with the
Operating Manual.
Checking the function of the solenoid valves and
checking the water jet, cleaning the dirt trap strainer in
VA4.1 and VA4.2; checking free discharge in tank B3
(see chapter 7.8)
The siphon must be filled with water (see chapter 7.9)
Cleaning the quartz protective tube (see chapter 7.7)
Cleaning the filter strainer and checking the discharge
nozzle in acc. with the Operating Manual; cleaning the
dirt trap strainer in VA3 (see chapter 7.1)
Function check of the individual components in acc.
with the operating manual (see chapter 6.7.1)
Interval: 24 months
Replacement of the UV bulb in acc. with the operating
manual (see chapter 7.7)
Replacement of the diaphragm aerator in acc. with
the operating manual (see chapter 7.4.2)
