First try to eliminate the fault with the aid of the informa-
tion in the section "Troubleshooting" on page 39. If this
should prove impossible, have the device repaired by the
manufacturer Weinmann or by specialists expressly autho-
rized by the manufacturer.
Inserting a new set of electrodes
Use only defibrillation electrodes WM 40116.
1. Open the lid of the MEDUCORE Easy.
2. Pull the electrode plug out of the socket and remove
the old electrodes from the device.
3. Push the plug of the new set of electrodes firmly into
the socket provided for it on the user interface. The
plug is designed to be impossible to plug in incorrect-
ly, so can only be plugged in when in the position
shown.
4. Put the set of electrodes into the device. In doing so,
insert the electrode cable so that when the lid of the
device is closed, it is neither trapped nor damaged.
