X-zone Com offers users the convenience of responding to their queries or receiving their instructions
via text message. Queries via text message require the following format:
The [PIN] (personal identification number) required is the same "Reader-PIN" specified in the Man-
ager Software for just reading or the "Admin-PIN" for reading and further, effectual actions that will
have an effect on the situation (see Ch.5.4.5). The PIN prevents X-zone Com from accepting text
messages from unauthorised persons.
The entry of a wrong PIN will produce an error message directly on the device. In this instance, the
system will not reply to a text message.

You may write the command using either upper or lower case letters. And you may also end the com-
mand with a question mark.
