To insert the SIM card, proceed as follows:
Unscrew the 6 screws on the bottom of the X-zone Com device.
1.
Carefully lift off the X-zone Com's top.
2.
Isolate the modem from its power supply.
3.
If necessary, remove the modem from its retaining clip.
4.
Unscrew the lid of the modem (see Fig. 4.5).

Release the card holder by sliding it in the direction of the arrow and then flip it open (see

Fig. 4.5).
Insert the SIM card into the holder.
7.
Flip the cardholder shut and lock it by sliding it back to its original position.
8.
Screw the lid of the modem back on.
9.
10. Reconnect the modem to its power supply.
11. Put the top back on, making sure the seal fits properly.
12. Tighten the 6 screws hand tight.

NOTE
Isolate the modem from the mains supply by pulling the mains
plug before opening the modem housing.
