INTENDED USE
Use the MASTER cut 2200 for the following applications:
– Mounting a circular handsaw with riving knife on the machine plate with a
max. saw blade diameter of 200 mm and max. cutting depth of 70 mm. Do
not use saws with base plate dimensions greater than the maximum values
indicated (Fig. 2.29). The appropriate gap insert must be used. This makes it a
stationary circular bench saw.
– Use as a circular bench saw for circular handsaws without a riving knife. In
this context, use the machine table only in conjunction with separate riving
knife accessory (art. no. 6916000 for circular handsaws with a saw blade dia-
meter of max. 159 mm and a cutting width of 2.4 mm, or art. 6917000 with
a saw blade diameter of min. 160 mm to max. 200 mm, a min. cutting width
of min. 2.4 mm and max. cutting depth of 66 mm).
– Use as a jigsaw table. The gap insert for jigsaws and routers must be used.
The machine table is suitable for jigsaws with max. base plate dimensions of
90 x 200 mm.
– Use as a router table only in conjunction with the parallel milling guide (art.
no. 6901000) and for routers with 230 V and max. 1800 W. Do not use
router bits with a diameter exceeding 27 mm. The router and jigsaw gap in-
sert with the spacer rings must be used. The machine table is suitable for
routers with a base plate diameter of max. 180 mm and a base plate height
of max. 40 mm.
– Use as a work station for machining workpieces (e.g. drilling, sanding, etc.).
Workpieces can be clamped securely to the worktop using the clamping ac-
cessories available in the wolfcraft range.
Observe the manufacturer's safety instructions for the machines used, as well as
the safety instructions for the machine table.
FORESEEABLE MISUSE
Any use other than that described in the chapter on intended use is considered
reasonably foreseeable misuse, e.g.:
– Installing electronic devices other than circular handsaws, jigsaws and routers
on the machine table (e.g. no angle grinders, no plunge saws, no reciprocat-
ing saws, etc.)
– Installing battery-operated machines
– Installing machines with electronic start-up protection; observe the operating
instructions of the machine manufacturer
– Sawing round workpieces and firewood, as there is risk of the rotating saw
blade turning them
– Sawing a concealed cut
– Using the table as machine stand
– Using machines with dimensions that exceed the specified maximum base
plate dimensions
The manufacturer does not accept any liability for property damage or personal in-
jury resulting from reasonably foreseeable misuse or from failure to observe the op-
erating instructions.
