Counterweights
1- Remove the counterweights.
(When reassembling)
• Apply engine oil to the counterweight screws. Check that they
can be screwed into the extreme end by hand. If they can not be
screwed in smoothly, clean their threads. If they are still hard to
be screwed in, replace them.
• IMPORTANT
- Install the right and left counterweights so that their dented sides
face outward. (As shown in the figure).
- Tighten the counterweight screws with the specified torques.
- Rotate the crankshaft several revolutions to make sure that
counterweight does not hit any part.

1- Extraiga los contrapesos.
(Cuando se vuelva a armar)
• Aplique aceite de máquina
Revise que puedan ser atornillados en el extremo final a mano.
Si ellos no pueden ser atornillados suavemente limpie sus
roscas, si aún son difíciles de atornillar, reemplácelos.
• IMPORTANTE
- Instale los contrapesos, izquierdo y derecho de modo que sus
lados dentados miren hacia afuera (como se muestra en la figura).
- Ajuste los tornillos del contrapeso de acuerdo a los torques
específicos.
- Gire varias vueltas el cigüeñal para asegurarse que el contrapeso
no golpea parte alguna.
