• NOTE
- This engine is equipped with ALTRONIC 1 Ignition System.
For servicing, refer to Altronic's service manual or contact
your local KNG engine distributor or service dealer.
Ignition Timing
1- There is no need to adjust the ignition timing, because it was
already done properly at the factory.
• NOTA
- Este motor está equipado con un sistema de ignición
ALTRONIC 1.
Para mantenimiento recurra al manual de servicio ALT RO N I C
o acuda al representante KNG local o al dealer de mantenimiento.
Regulación de la Ignición
1- No es necesario ajustar la regulación de la ignición, porque
ya viene adecuadamente hecho desde fábrica.
Alternator
CAUTION
• Never touch the alternator terminals with empty hands.
Because this alternator is capable enough not only to ge n e r a t e
electric but also to storage it.
There should be electric shock even if times went by after
operation.
1- Jump the shutdown terminal to the alternator body with a
screwdriver to discharge.
2- Disconnect the shutdown lead of alternator.
3- Turn the alternator drive shaft rapidly by hand and measure
the voltage across the shutdown terminal and alternator body.
4- If the measurement is not within the factory specification,
replace the alternator.
