MANTENIMIENTO PERIÓDICO
(Cada semana)
Engrase con la bomba correspondiente todas las
partes
donde
se
engrasadores.
Compruebe
que
las
estrangulamientos que los racores, las juntas, las
abrazaderas y las tuberías estén en buen estado;
eventualmente proceder a su sustitución.
Compruebe De forma periódica; que las plaquita
y los transportadores no estén desgastados; si es
necesario proceda a su sustitución.
Comprueber el nivel en el cambio mediante el
indicador visual (A) (si es necesario, añádalo y
reemplácelo por completo cada 2 años).
Compruebe el desgaste de los cojinetes del
ventilador, del el eje de transmisión y las ruedas.
Levante la protección del eje articulado.

Controle la presión del aire en el acumulado
de presión en la bomba.
Cómo proceder:
Es
muy
importante
correcta y homogénea controlar y regular la
presión de inflado del acumulador de aire (B).
La presión de inflado debe ser igual a 30/40
presión de trabajo. Una presión de inflado
excesiva, o demasiado baja, llevaría a una salida
del líquido pulsante
Ejemplo: presión de trabajo 20 bar

Using the special pump, grease all the parts where

grease nipples are provided.

Make sure there are no constrictions in the piping
and that the connections, seals, clamps and piping
are in good condition; replace if necessary.

Periodically check that the plates and conveyors
are not worn; replace them if necessary.
•
Check the gearbox oil level by means of the visual
indicator (A) (if necessary top-up; change all the
oil every 2 years).
•
Check the wear on the fan bearings, the driving
shaft and the wheels.
•
Check the cardan shaft guard.

Check the air pressure in the pump pressure
accumulator.
How to proceed:
For a correct and even distribution it is very important
to check and to adjust the inflating pressure of the
air accumulator (B).
The inflating pressure should be equal to the 30/
40% of the operating pressure.
An excessive or too low inflating pressure may cau-
se a leakage of the pulsating liquid.
Example: working pressure 20 bar
inflation pressure 6 bar
