ENGANCHE AL TRACTOR
1) En primer lugar, compruebe que el tractor
sobre el que se engancha el atomizador
tenga una capacidad adecuada para
garantizar tanto el transporte como la
parada con total seguridad, especialmente a
plena carga.
2) Con la máquina parada, comprobar las
condiciones generales del cardán, en
particular el engrase de los tubos y de los
cruceros y su deslizamiento antes de
engancharlo al tractor.
3) Compruebe que los tubos telescópicos en la
posición de trabajo están acoplados por lo
menos 1/3 de su longitud (Fig. 1) y fijar las
cadenas de bloqueo trasero.
Siga a este respecto también las

instrucciones del manual de
instrucciones suministrado con cada eje
cardán obligatoriamente marcado CE.
Compruebe que la protección del eje cardán,
fijada con las cadenas relativas, gire libre de
impide.
En el caso de que el cardán fuera largo, cortar
los tubos metálicos y los de protección hasta que
la medida no sea correcta, luego desbarbar
cuidadosamente los tubos y limpiarlos de la
escoria, procediendo con un buen engrasado.
4) Empalmar el cardán en el atomizador
empujando el cardán hasta que el perno
encaje en la ranura de bloqueo del eje de la
toma de fuerza del atomizador.

PROCEDURE
FOR COUPLING TO TRACTOR
1) The sprayer should be be coupled with a tractor
of suitable weight, able to guarantee a safe trans-
port and stop (even at full load), and however it
should not have a lower weight than the one
provided for by the regulations in force according.
2) Before connecting the cardan shaft, make sure
that it is in very good sliding conditions (check
and lubricate regularly pipes and cross-journals
of the cardan shaft (obviously when the machine
is out of operation).
3) Make sure that, in the work position, the
telescopic tubes are coupled for at least one third
their length (Fig. 1) and fix the rear clamping
chains.
In this respect, also follow the
instructions given in the handbook
provided with each cardan shaft, which must
necessarily be CE marked.
Check that the cardan shaft guard, fixed with
the relative chains, turns freely without any
hindrances.

If the cardan shaft is too long, cut metal and
protection pipes till the correct dimension is
obtained, than carefully deburr pipes, remove slags
and grease abundantly.
4) Connect the cardan shaft with the sprayer by
pushing the universal joint until the pin enters
into the locking spline of of the sprayer P.T.O.
shaft.
