NIVEL ACEITE BOMBA
Compruebe en cada tratamiento que el nivel de
aceite en el compensador volumétrico de la
bomba (Fig. 1) Es visible.
Nunca llene completamente el depósito (A); es
suficiente ver la presencia de aceite durante 15
mm.
INSTALACIÓN MEZCLA DEPÓSITO
Compruebe periódicamente el estado de
desgaste y limpieza de los agitadores (B - Fig.
2) dentro del depósito.
MANTENIMIENTO PERIÓDICO
(Cada semana)
• Engrase con la bomba correspondiente todas las
partes donde se hayan predispuesto los
engrasadores.
• Compruebe que las tuberías no presenten
estrangulamientos
que los racores, las juntas, las abrazaderas y las
tuberías estén en buen estado; eventualmente
proceder a su sustitución.
• Compruebe De forma periódica; que las plaquita
y los
transportadores no estén desgastados; si es
necesario proceda a su sustitución.
• Compruebe el nivel de aceite de la bomba:
restablezca con el aceite del tipo prescrito por el
fabricante.

PUMP OIL LEVEL
With every treatment make sure that the oil level in
the volumetric pump compensator (Fig. 1) is visible.
Never completely fill the tank (A);
15 mm of oil is sufficient.
MIXING
SYSTEM TANK
Periodically check the state of wear and cleaning of
the mixers (B - Fig. 2) inside the tank.
PERIODICAL MAINTENANCE
(weekly)

Using the special pump, grease all the parts where
grease nipples are provided.
•
Make sure there are no constrictions in the piping
and that the connections, seals, clamps and piping
are in good condition; replace if necessary.
•
Periodically check that the plates and conveyors
are not worn; replace them if necessary.
•
Check the pump oil level; if necessary top-up with
the type of oil recommended by the Manufacturer.
