6 REPLACEMENT OF FLAT PARTS
6.1 replacement of dial jacks
See Fig.58
Should one or more dial jacks need to be
placed, proceed as follows:
1. Press the button
cycle.
2. Lift the dial.
3. Shut off the machine.
4. Unscrew the screw (A) and remove
the casing (B).
5. Unscrew the screw (F), remove the
washer and the bush located behind
the washer.
6. Tighten the screw (F) again and block
it after having inserted the supplied
M960510 device between its stem
and surface (Y). This operation is
needed to avoid the lowering of the
dial jack control dial hub which hence
would hamper the remounting of the
dial – saw unit.
7. Unscrew and remove screws (C).
8. Use the supplied M960460 device to
unscrew the bush (D) (extractor) for
the extraction of the dial – saw unit.
9. Replace the damaged dial jacks and
remount the dial – saw unit by
carrying out the operations in opposite
order from position 6 to position 4. Be
sure that during this phase the pin (E)
is positioned properly and insert and
tighten the screws (C) in cross order.

6.1 Reemplazo transferts
Véase Fig.58
En caso de que se debiese realizar el
reemplazo
de
proceder de la manera siguiente:
1. Pulsar el botón
de ciclo.
2. Hacer subir el platillo.
3. Apagar la máquina.
4. Destornillar el tornillo (A) y quitar la
cubierta (B).
5. Destornillar el tornillo (F), quitar la
arandela y el casquillo situado detrás de
la arandela misma.
6. Volver a atornillar el tornillo (F) y
bloquearlo después de haber introducido
entre su vástago y la cara (Y) la
herramienta, M960510, en dotación con
la máquina. Esta operación se hace
necesaria para evitar la bajada del cubo
hacia el anillo de comando de transferts
que, en esa posición, haría dificultoso el
montaje del grupo platillo-cuchilla.
7. Destornillar y quitar los tornillos (C).
8. Con
la
M960460, destornillar el casquillo (D)
(extractor) que extrae el grupo platillo-
cuchilla.
9. Reemplazar los transferts dañados y
proceder al nuevo montaje del platillo-
cuchilla realizando las operaciones de
manera inversa desde la posición 6 a la
posición 4. Tener cuidado en esta fase
de poner en posición correcta la clavija
(E) y atornillar "en cruz" los tornilos (C).
