3- Enter the Setup in the serial output bar window
once again (see point 1) and disactivate the first
SV bar. Save and switch off the machine.
With the machine still off, detach the bridge in the
cable between the first SV (the lowest) and insert
it in the second bar (the second lowest). Switch
the machine on and repeat point 2.
If the SV do not function, repeat point 3 disabling
bar 2 and continue the procedure until the enabled
SV function during Autotest.
4- When the SV function, carry out the inverse
procedure, i.e. add the bars one at a time
checking the connection cabling until all the SV
work.
5- Enter Setup and activate yarnfinger groups nos. 5,
6, 7, 8 and write "No. 1" below each group. Press
Return to exit and save, then switch the machine
off.
With the machine still off, remove jumper W1 from
PCB 2703, take the bridge inserted in connector
J14 on PCB 2714 in yarnfinger group 1, and insert
it in connector J14 on PCB 2714 in yarnfinger
group 5 (disconnect the wire inserted in pin 2
ensuring you do not earth it by mistake and create
a short-circuit).
6- Switch the machine back on.

yarnfingers 5, 6, 7, 8 in Autotest.
If the yarnfingers function, jump to point 8.
7- If the yarnfingers do not function, proceed as for
the SV eliminating one group at a time from the
setup starting with group 5 and moving the bridge
on J14 each time.

8- Proceed adding a yarnfinger group at a time – as
for the SV – and check the connection cabling.
9- When a group is added, the serial outputs could
be blocked again. If this occurs, the problem does
not lie in the connection cabling or in the new
board.
10- If a cable is found to be defective, check the
continuity of the conductors using a tester and if
necessary repinch the contacts. The cables that
connect the yarnfingers are made using special
wire and cannot be replaced with normal shielded
wires.

Entrar en el setup en la ventana barras de salidas
seriales (véase punto 1) y deshabilitar la primera
barra E.V. guardar y apagar la MÁQUINA.
Con la MÁQUINA apagada desconectar el puente
insertado en el cable de la primera barra E.V. (la
primera barra es la que está más abajo) e
introducirlo en el cable de la segunda barra (la
segunda desde abajo). Encender la MÁQUINA y
repetir el punto 2
Si las E.V. no funcionan repetir el punto 3
deshabilitando
procedimiento hasta cuando en autotest las E.V.
habilitadas funcionen.

Cuando las E.V. funcionan realizar el procedimiento
inverso o añadir las barras una a la vez controlando
los
cables
de
funcionamiento de todas las E.V.
5-
Entrar en el setup y habilitar los grupos guíahilos
número 5-6-7-8, escribiendo bajo cada grupo el nº
1, pulsar return y salir guardar y una vez terminado
el procedimiento apagar la MÁQUINA.
Con la MÁQUINA apagada quitar el Jumper W1 de
la Pcb 2703 tomar el puente insertado en el
conector J14 de la Pcb 2714 del grupo guíahilos
nº.1 e introducirlo en el conector J14 de la Pcb 2714
del grupo guíahilos nº 5 (desconectar el hilo
insertado en la aguja de conexión
cuidado de no ponerlo en masa para evitar
cortocircuitos )

Encender
la
MÁQUINA
autoconfigurar
las
terminado el procedimiento apagar y volver a
encender las MÁQUINA y probar en Autotest los
guíahilos 5-6-7-8.
Si los guíahilos funcionan pasar al punto 8
7-
Si los guíahilos no funcionan proceder como para
las E.V. eliminando un grupo cada vez desde el
setup, partiendo del grupo 5, y desplazando cada
vez el puente sobre J14 .Repetir el punto 6 hasta
cuando los grupos guíahilos habilitados funcionen.
8-
Como para las E.V. proceder añadiendo un grupo
guíahilos cada vez y controlando el cableado de
conexión.
9-
Añadiendo un grupo las seriales podrían bloquearse
de nuevo si esto ocurre nuestro problema está o en
el cableado de conexión o en la nueva tarjeta
habilitada.
10- Si se encuentra un cableado defectuoso controlar la
continuidad de los conductores con un tester y
eventualmente pinzar de nuevo los contactos, los
cables que unen los guíahilos están construidos con
un cable
especial
substituidos con cables normales aislados.
