10.16.1 Preliminary controls with the machine off
10.16.2 Loading cells
1)- Fitting of the loading cells
The fitting cells must be fitted so that the stuffing
box union of the loading cell is horizontal.
2)- Resistance values
A)- Check the resistance values of each loading cell
as indicated by the table below:

B)- Check the resistance values of the pair of loading
cells as indicated by the table below

B)- Check the cables that connect the brush collector
to the PCB 2723.
C)- Check the cable that connects the brush collector
to the electronic apparatus (M844500-M844510-
T016_00 diagram).
D)- Check the cable that connects the PCB 762 (take-
up-winder) to the motors (M844560-M844570
diagrams).

10.16.1 Controles preliminares con la máquina apagada
10.16.2 Celdas de carga
1)- Montaje celdas de carga
Las celdas de carga deben estar montadas de manera
que la boca prensacable de la celda de carga esté en
posición horizontal.
2)- Control resistencia
A)- Comprobar los valores de resistencia de cada celda
según la tabla

Celdas de carga, (esquema M844580-M844590)
B)- Controlar el cableado que conecta el colector de
escobillas a la Pcb 2723.
C)- Controlar el cableado que conecta el colector de
escobillas

D)- Controlar el cableado que conecta las Pcb 762 (arrastre
del tejido- enrollador) a los motores correspondientes
