The temperature control board serves to reduce
machine speed until the preset temperature is
reached and to control and stop the machine in case
of overheating
CONTROL COMPONENTS:
1. The red LED signals speed reduction
2. The green LED signals no reduction
3. The red LED signals overheat alarm

speed. The speed of the crank (key 2), calibration of
normal drive speed,
braking ramps and the speed of the electronic crank
can be set on this board.
The LEDs on the board indicate:
1. Green LED indicates the presence of +15V tension.
Always on.
2. Red LED stepping crank input. Comes on when
crank key 1 is pressed.
3. Green LED indicates the presence of tension.
Always on.
4. Yellow LED operating input. Comes on when the
board receives the start command.
5. Yellow LED continuous crank input. Comes on
when crank key 2 is pressed.
6. Yellow LED electronic crank input. Comes on when
the electronic crank is enabled.

Tarjeta para el comando de accionamiento del motor
colocada en la parte delantera del aparato sirve para
convertir la señal en frecuencia saliente del control en señal
de tensión para suministrar al accionamiento del motor de
manera proporcional a la velocidad programada. Sobre esta
tarjeta es posible regular la velocidad de la manivela (tecla
2), el calibrado de la velocidad de marcha normal, las
rampas de aceleración, deceleración, frenado, y la velocidad
de la manivela electrónica.
Los led presentes sobre la tarjeta indican:
1. Led verde presencia tensión +15V.Siempre encendido
2. Led rojo input manivela de salto. Se enciende cuando se
pulsa la tecla manivela 1
3. Led verde presencia tensión. Siempre encendido.
4. Led amarillo input marcha Se enciende cuando llega a
la tarjeta el comando de marcha
5. Led amarillo input manivela continua. Se enciende
cuando se pulsa la tecla manivela 2
6. Led amarillo input manivela electrónica. Se enciende
cuando se habilita la manivela electrónica
