2.4 Risk prevention measures to be adopted
by the Client
Since the machine is to be installed into a
building with other machines and where
other activities are carried out, the safety
measures adopted by the manufacturer are
not enough to prevent all possible hazards,
some of which are not known, and to which
workers are exposed both during its use and
during its maintenance.
The overall safety of the user of the SM8-
TOP1 machine requires a specific analysis
on the part of the Client
guaranteeing
the basic safety and health
requirements of the entire workplace. Some
of said requirements are listed below:
2.4.1
Natural and artificial aeration of
the workplace
Italian Legislative Decree 626/94 and
the local hygienic and health regulation.
The workplace must be aerated with
windows which can be opened and
having a surface which is no less than
1/12 of the entire surface of the
workplace.
Should it be impossible to do so,
artificial aeration is to be provided by
installing adequate equipment which
can be controlled by means of a light
indicator.
2.4.2 Natural lighting of the workplace
Italian Legislative Decree 626/94 and
the local hygienic and health regulation.
The workplace must be illuminated with
natural light coming from windows
located on the sides or on the roof of
the building. The total surface of the
natural light sources is to be equal to
respectively 1/8 and 1/10 of the total
surface of the workplace.

2.4 Soluciones que el Cliente debe adoptar
para prevenir los riesgos
Considerando que el equipo debe estar
introducido en una nave cerca de otras
máquinas y donde pueden realizarse otras
actividades, las soluciones adoptadas por el
constructor no son suficientes para prevenir
todos los riesgos, que a veces no son
conocidos, a los que están expuestos los
trabajadores encargados, tanto en la fase de
trabajo como en la fase de mantenimiento.
La seguridad global del cliente de la
máquina SM8-TOP1 lleva consigo, pues,
análisis específicos que el Cliente debe
realizar, dirigidos al control de los requisitos
esenciales de seguridad y de salud en todo
el lugar de trabajo. Entre los requisitos
citados se enumeran:
2.4.1 Aireción natural y artificial del lugar
de trabajo
D.Lgs. 626/94 y Reglamento higíenico
sanitario municipal.
El lugar de trabajo debe poder ser
aireado por medio de cerramientos que
se puedan abrir y que tengan una
superficie de conjunto abrible no inferior
a 1/12 de la superficie total del lugar de
trabajo.
En el caso en el que no fuese posible
se deberá recurrir a una aireación
artificial por medio de la instalación de
aparatos cuyo funcionamiento efectivo
se pueda controlar por medio de una
señal luminosa.
2.4.2 Iluminación natural del lugar de
trabajo

El lugar de trabajo debe estar iluminado
naturalmente por cierres situados en
los lados, o sobre la cubierta cuya
superficie
completa
efectiva sea respectivamente igual a
1/8 y a 1/10 de la superficie total del
