This board is called the Encoder board and it
manages all the signals coming from an incremental
encoder with 1024 impulses per revolution.
CONTROL COMPONENTS:
1. The LED display can display numbers from 0 to 9
with a flashing dot
2. The red OK LED has to be on at all times
3. The two red voltage indicator LEDs have to be
on at all times
4. The encoder signal indicator LEDs. The green
LED represents channel A and the yellow LED
represents channel B. The red LED represents
ZERO encoder. When the machine rotates, the
green and yellow LEDs must light on alternatively,
while the red LED must light on at each revolution.
LED PRESENCIA
Esta tarjeta llamada tarjeta Encoder gestiona todas las
señales provenientes de un encoder incremental de 1024
impulsos por vuelta.
COMPONENTES DE CONTROL:
1. El Display con led puede visualizar
comprendidos entre 0 y 9 con el punto parpadeante
2. El led rojo de error de cuenta debe estar siempre
apagado
3. Los dos led rojos de presencia de tensión deben
estar siempre encendidos
4. El led de presencia de señales del encoder. El led
verde representa el canal A, el led amarillo representa
el canal B, el led rojo representa el CERO encoder. Al
hacer girar la máquina los led verde y amarillo deben
iluminarse alternativamente mientras que el led rojo
debe iluminarse una vez por vuelta.
