5.6.3 Adjustment of dial jack – needle
centering

NB This procedure is to be carried out by
means
of
a
envisaging dial jack exiting.
1. Activate
the
program.
2. From the machine, set the position in
which the needles function in option
1x3 and the dial jacks come out among
the needles by using the electronic
handle.
3. Loosen the screws (A), loosen the nut
(B) and use the eccentric cam (C) to
turn the dial so that the condition
described in Fig.55/a is obtained.
4. Tighten the screws (A) and the nut (B).

5.6.3 Regulación centrado transferts-aguja

N.B La regulación debe hacerse utilizando un
programa de producción que contenga la
salida transferts.
1. Activar
el
programa
artículo.
2. Con la manivela electrónica, de bordo de
la máquina, ponerse en la posición en la
que las agujas trabajan en la selección
1x3 y los transferts salen entre las agujas.
3. Aflojar los tornillos (A), desbloquear la
tuerca (B) y actuando sobre el excéntrico
(C) hacer girar el platillo de manera que
se obtenga la condición indicada en la
Fig.55/a.
4. Bloquear los tornillos (A) y la tuerca (B).
