Adjustment of "OSCILLATION" levers

1. Disassemble the pattern device unit
by unscrewing the two screws (A) and
remove the two lateral casings (B).
2. In auto-test mode, continue to press
O O O O
(in bistable conditions) and verify
that the levers move continuously and
alternately.
3. Discahrge the ceramics and check
that all the levers are located at the
center of the window of plate (D).
4. The centring adjustment is to be
carried out by loosening the screw
(E) near the "not centered" lever and,
by rising or lowering the screw along
its vertical travel, position the lever in
the middle of the plate window (D).
5. Block the screw (E).
6. Re-insert the connector (C) and check
that
the
centring
carried out correctly.
7. Reassemble the lateral casings (B),
mount the pattern device unit on the
machine
by
tightening
corresponding screws (A) and insert
the cable.

1. Desmontar
el
grupo
desatornillando los dos tornillos (A), quitar
las dos cubiertas laterales (B).
2. En autotest, pulsando en continuo la
O O O O
tecla
(en condiciones biestables)
comprobar que las palancas se muevan
de manera continua y alternada.
3. Descragar las cerámicas y comprobar
que todas las palancas estén en medio
de la ventana de la placa (D).
4. Esta regulaciónde centrado se realiza
aflojando el tornillo (E) correspondiente a
la palanca "que no está en medio" y
levantando o bajando el tornillo en su
recorrido vertical colocar la palanca en
medio de la ventana de la placa (D).
5. Bloquear el tornillo (E).
6. Insertar de nuevo el conector (C) y
comprobar
si
el
realizado correctamente.
7. Volver a montar las cubiertas laterales
(B) montar el grupo del tambor en la
máquina fijándolo con los dos tornillos
correspondientes (A) e introducir el
cable.
