7.11.TENSIONAMENTO CIN-
CHIE GRUPPI OPERATORI
Qualora sia necessario tensionare le
cinghie, arrestare completamente la
macchina e procedere come di segui-
to indicato:
A) Macchina
con motore
flangiato (fig. 9)
- allentare le viti A di circa mezzo
giro;
- con una leva abbassare il
supporto portamotore B per ten-
dere le cinghie;
- a regolazione effettuata serrare
le viti A.
Qualora la macchina abbia un grup-
po Tampone con motorizzazione
abbinata (fig. 9 / 2 ), procedere nel
seguente modo:
- allentare le viti A di circa mezzo
giro;
- con una leva abbassare il
supporto portamotore B per ten-
dere le cinghie C del gruppo
Tampone;
- a regolazione effettuata serrare
le viti A;
- allentare il dado D di circa mez-
zo giro, ed agire sulla testa del-
la vite E per tendere le cinghie
F del gruppo rullo o combinato;
- a regolazione effettuata serrare
il dado D;

7.11. WORKING UNIT BELT
TENSIONING
Should belts be tightened, stop the

machine completely and follow the
procedure below:

A) Machine with flanged motor
(fig. 9)

- loosen screws A of half a
revolution approx.;
- Using a lever, lower the motor-
carrier support B in order to ten-
sion the belts;
- Once the adjustment has been
made, tighten the screws A.
If the machine has a pad unit with
coupled motorization (fig. 9 / 2 ),
proceed as follows:

- loosen screws A of half a revo-
lution approx.;
- lower motor support B with a le-
ver to stretch the pad unit belts
C;
- Once the adjustment has been

made, tighten the screws A;
- loosen the nut D by about a half
turn and by means of the screw
head E stretch the combined or
roller unit belts F;
- once the belts have been
stretched, tighten the nut D.
