5.7. TENSIONATURA DEL
NASTRO ABRASIVO

I gruppi operatori a rullo in gom-
ma sono dotati di impianto
pneumatico indipendente, per
la tensionatura del nastro abra-
sivo.
La pressione è regolabile trami-
te il regolatore R e indicata sul
manometro M.
In fase di levigatura, utilizzan-
do un rullo gommato da 20 SH,
la pressione dovrà essere indi-
cativamente di 3 bar.
INFORMAZIONI
E' importante regolare la pres-
sione di tensionatura in base al
tipo di nastro abrasivo, al tipo
di rullo e alla lavorazione da ese-
guire.

STRETCHING (FIG. 7)
The working units equipped
with rubber-covered roller
consist of an indipendent
pneumatic system for the
sanding belt stretching.
Pressure can be adjusted
through regulator R and is
shown on pressure gauge M.
During the sanding phase, by
means of a 20 SH rubber-
covered roller, pressure shall be
approximately 3 bar.
