6.6 - How to replace the rotor counter knife

If even with the sharpening of the knives
remains the difficulty of cutting, it is likely that
the counter knife is very worn, damaged or
deregulated with the knives.
Check the condition of the counter knife
whenever you sharpen the knives.
To adjust the knives with the counter-knife,
proceed as described in item 6.7.
If the counter-knife is worn or damaged,
reverse or replace immediately as described
below:
The use of PPE (Personal Protective
Equipment) is mandatory during operation,
maintenance and adjustment of the
machine. Wear suitable gloves and eye
protection. Take special care when handling
knives and counter knife, these components
have sharp areas that can cause injury if
handled without proper protection and
care.
ATTENTION!
Turn off the tractor and remove
the ignition key before starting
the following procedure.
PROCEDURE:
In order to access the counter-knife, it is

Remove the 3 bolts (N) and the 2 bolts (P);
