6. Maintenance
Cardans lubrication
Using a grease gun or a pump, grease the
cardan crossheads every 8 working hours.
Lubricate the shafts every 20 hours.
Use lithium-based soaps lubrication greases,
grade NLGI-2.

Drum gearbox lubrication
The gears from drum gearbox are lubricated
with lithium soap grease, NLGI 00 (Example:
A
LUBRAX LITH-00).
It is recommended to remove any old grease
and add new grease according to the above
specification.

specification.
Grease capacity of drum gearbox: 3 kg.
Gearbox
To complete the grease, you can remove the
breather plug (A) and lubricate through the
hole.
