3.1 - Intended use
This harvester is designed and built to harvest and chop several types of forage
plants such as corn, sorghum, sugar cane, grass, oats and similars, regardless
of line and direction, in conventional or intercropping, producing forage for
silage or daily treatment of animals .
IMPORTANT!
Machine performance may be affected under poor harvesting conditions,
such as: tilled, braided or lined crops, inadequate planting, improper
land for mechanized harvesting, etc.
This machine is designed exclusively for use in agricultural or similar operations
and should only be used for its intended purpose, according to the specifications
contained in the manual. Its use is prohibited in applications not mentioned.
Compliance and strict observance of the operational conditions, maintenance
and repairs, as specified by the manufacturer, are also essential elements of
the intended use.
Operation, maintenance, inspection and other operations on this machine
must be carried out by competent, qualified, skilled or authorized workers
for this purpose (item 12.135 of NR 12).
The manufacturer is not responsible for any arbitrary modifications made to
this machine.
The warranty will remain valid whenever the machine is used in accordance
with the instructions described in this manual.
3.2 - Description of the machine
This harvester operates coupled to the three-point system of a category 2
agricultural tractor. It uses the power take-off from the tractor as a power source
(540 rpm). Compact and versatile, with frontal opening of 1 meter, developed
to harvest independent of planting line, including intercropping system, to
chop in the selected size (there are 21 different sizes available) and to throw
the forage inside carts, wagons, trucks, etc.
Due to its sizing, design and final composition, it causes less soil compaction,
demands less fuel, it is of easy maintenance and requires low power and unique
uniformity of chopping, leaving the forage homogeneous, with better soil
compaction, keeping its nutritional qualities unchanged.
