NET WRAPPING
POSSIBLE CAUSE
Automatic wrapping doesn't
work.
Finished or wound--up net.
REMEDY
Clean possible crop residues on
the twine path.
Let some crop enter the baler
even when the "shaped bale"
sound signal is heard.
Check the supply circuit and
ground connection of the motor.
Turn or replace the cutting bla-
de.
Clean and lubricate the cutting
blade support articulation.
Improve the swath shape and
move suitably on the swath.
Move the wrapping limits to-
wards the center of the bale.
Do not harvest in the hottest
hours of the day.
Keep the universal joint rotation
speed regular (540 rpm) during
the whole wrapping cycle.
REMEDY
Start the wrapping cycle ma-
nually.
Thread the net again, correctly,
or remove possible twists.
